It's like eating a steak... a rare steak. Someone else's blood will not mix with your's by drinking. And if you were to be given a random transfusion, you would most likely have a very negative immune reaction..... as it would likely be a different blood type. One caveat..... let's say this person had a blood borne disease (HIV, Hepatitis, etc). The virus in their blood could infect you through any cut or abrasion in your mouth, throat etc. Once everything was in your stomach it would be killed by the acid.

It is digested in your stomach and intestines just like any other liquid. It won't end up in your veins.

It goes in your stomach, gets digested like any other food. Then passes in a BM. It goes nowhere near your blood or your viens.

The blood you drink will be digested in your stomach and intestines. It will not affect your own blood any more than any other food or drink you eat.
