NO. Your height relies on your mother's and father's Gene pool.

Drinking milk will not MAKE you taller, but simply put, it will maximize your genetic height's potential. Say, your max potential for genetic height is 190 cm, if you didn't treat your body good as a child experiencing puberty, you would only reach 180 cm.

However, if you treated your body good fx like consuming dairies and healthy stuff with a good amount of exercise, you will reach your maximum height. Let me keep this clear, there is no way to MAKE yourself grow taller, but there are lots of ways to aid and guide your growth. Milk, for instance, can help to reach your maximum potential for height but it does not work for everyone.

"A Swedish study suggests that people who drink three glasses of milk a day are more likely to die early than the rest of us. But is it true? A new study, published in the BMJ, suggests that drinking milk not only fails to prevent bone fractures, it may actually cause a higher rate of death. Or that's the top line" DON'T DRINK MILK

No. Milk is an excellent source of calcium, which is needed for bone and to a lesser degree muscle, but nothing makes you grow except for your DNA.

Not having enough calcium WILL stunt your growth.

A diet high in dairy (if you are not lactose intolerant) and protein does help you maximize your growth. That's why Americans, Northern Europeans and African tribes that raise cattle tend to be taller on average than many Asians and South and Central Americans.
