The Soviet Union had female fighter pilots in WWII. The so called 'Night Witches' were the scourge of Nazi Germany. Some of their first cosmonauts were female, including the so called "Lost Cosmonauts" who purportedly died in accidents (captured on tape by ham radio operators in Italy in 1961 - hear the recoding here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2EtIKnxB2o
) prior to the announcement of Yuri Gagarin's success.
However, the USSR was culturally different from some other Communist countries in that it still had the legacy of Catherine the Great as an Imperial leader. Communism in Vietnam, Cambodia and Cuba wasn't quite as liberating to women because those nations had ingrained traditions wherein women weren't perceived as equals.

Communists stricto sensu were amongst the first feminists, but very early you had a divide between "bourgeois feminists" and the Marxist ones.
For instance 8 March, International Women's Day comes from the German Communist Clara Zetkins.
Alexandra Kollontai is also a famous Communist defending women's rights.
And in general women are very influential in the early Communist movements compared to their influence in other political movement. Think of Rosa Luxemburg for instance, a major theorist of Communism, or the role of women such as Louise Michel in the Commune de Paris (that's not fully Communist yet, but it was one of Marx's main sources of inspiration). Moreover, even in the pre-Marxist theorists of Utopian Socialism (Charles Fourier for instance) you find some thinking on women's lives which is very much ahead of its time.
Now, after Stalin's counter-revolution, the situation in USSR and other so-called Communist countries is more ambiguous. There has been a big leap backwards, and society is much more conservative than what it was during the revolution. But on many sides, even after this large regress, the situation of women in the East is still much better than in the West: they can vote, most of them work, they have access to abortion, and so on. And the governments (as well as guerillas, in particular in Vietnam) use the liberation of women a lot in their propaganda. For the result look at Angela Merkel for instance: a powerful women with a physics PhD leading one of the most powerful countries in the world: she's a child of East Germany, almost a cliché.

Within communist doctrine women are workers with equal rights and value to men. Childcare is necessary and valuable labour which is everyone's responsibility. This might manifest as collective living, or as free crèches at places of work. Abortion and divorce are both permitted.
I'm not sure whether you meant what are communists against with regards to women's rights or what are they against more generally. They aren't against anything when it comes to rights for women. Generally they are against private property and the accumulation of wealth.
As to whether all communist regimes have always lived up to that ideology, that's another matter. If you want to know more about communist ideology I'm sure you could find a copy of the communist manifesto in the library. There are various other writings by Karl Marx of which "Capital" and "a contribution to the Critique of Political Economy" are notable.

"What are communists views on womens right ? What are communist against ?"
Pay no attention to what their stated "views" are, and look at the outcome of actual communist societies that exist or existed.

The funniest ( saddest ) part is they use ' women's rights ' to ensnare the weak into their fold. Oh, the irony.
Identity Politics is THE driving force that gives ANTIFA and other Communist activists it's ' appeal '. That's how you ' get them '
