Study abroad is a luxury, and you pay for your luxuries. If you and your parents do not have at least USD50,000/year for 4 years - at a lower-cost school in a lower-cost area of the US - then you are not going to university in US. If you are not a superior student, able to compete with millions of applicants from India AND everywhere else, you are not going to university in US or anywhere abroad.
You are looking for backdoor immigration, or Scam-Migration, not education. If you really wanted to be a computer engineer, software engineer, or some such, you'd be pursuing that in your own country. You gave yourself away with your remark about remaining in US. First, only about 10% of those foreign students earning master's degree in a STEM field can get approved for OPT and actually find a temporary OPT job. So your chances are exceedingly poor with a really good master's degree. Non-existent with only a bachelor's degree.
Worse, intent to remain when applying for any temporary visa is visa FRAUD. Fraud is grounds for visa denial, or revocation with deportation/mandatory departure, and permanent bar to entry. Countries are really cracking down on such visa fraud. You have to prove you have the money, AND prove you are returning home promptly.
