What would happen if a homeless person was panhandling in lake oswego?

Would police most likely drive them into downtown portland and tell them never to come back

    The police would probably question such a person, possibly suggest they go somewhere else, but there isn't any violation of city code to panhandle in Lake Oswego. The former anti-begging ordinance was dropped in January 2019. It was LOC 34.06.155 Begging (Repealed by Ord. 2811, 01/02/2019). Revised 2/19

    rnaybe, i heard soliciting is illegal, or rnaybe they'll just drive thern to a horneless shelter

    I dont know the laws over there. In Michigan living off the grid of any kind is illegal and punishable up to six months

    That depends. The ACLU has recently cracked down on communities for arresting beggars. You might want to check your local statutes.
