If both my parent are German but i was born in Australia does that make me full or half German?

It makes you an Australian of German ancestry.

No it doesn't. If your parents raised you in German, that would make you ETHNICALLY German.
If you have the german nationality, that would make you LEGALLY german.
I'm not sure what the german law says. Ask a more specific question, in the "germany" or "immigration"-category

You are German by descent but Australian by nationality.

You are German by descent. But your legal nationality is most likely Australian. Which passport do you have? Is it Australian?

In what sense? Pertaining to your citizenship?
You are a citizen of Australia , you could claim citizenship in Germany I believe.

it makes you a German that was born in Australia. your still a German no matter where you were born. where you were born doesn't change your ancestry.

I guess you are Australian by nationality but German by ancestry.
