The schools are femininlzed by liberalism, so the curriculum itself is geared towards things that boys simply aren't interested in and boys learn differently than the way many schools are organized. Not to mention the schools place an emphasis on social interaction, which females are more interested in. Females are interested in people, males are interested in things, that's how we're wired. And the schools focus too hard on emotion & ideology rather than facts & reason.
Once boys get older their testosterone rises, so their confidence and focus increases. They break free from school indoctrination and focus on what they're really good at. Females have low testosterone & high estrogen so they're more prone to stress & anxiety. When they go out into the real world they realize it's not going to coddle them like the schools, they have to compete. Males tend to be competitive and females are cooperative, so the real job market is better suited for men.
