Since I've turned 39, I've starting having trouble sleeping, losing my appetite, and getting really tired. Is this normal?

I have been exercising regularly, eating more fruits and veggies, and cutting back on sugar and junk foods, but can't figure out the culprit. I even had a blood test at the doctor's office to check if I was entering early menopause, and the test came back normal.

    Try some protein powder and amino acid powder

    Check iron levels. Also, what meds are you taking? Only a doctor can narrow it down to what’s going on with you, your symptoms could mean a number of things
