In this case, it would probably be easier to un-plug one drive at a time. When the problem goes away, you know that's the drive with the problem. All you have to do is shut it down, pull off the sata cable and boot it up and see if the problem goes away.
Obviously you can't unplug the disk with the OS on it, so to test it, just unplug the 2 extra ones.
But be careful if you've got something like a RAID set up, you dont' want to mess up the settings of the drives.
