I am a 17 year old male and I have penile skin bridges. Will these be corrected by themselves? Or will they need to be surgically removed?

No they will not correct themselves. I don't know where so many guys get the idea that one day there penis will magically fix itself? I have a skin bridge, I think maybe 1 or 2 people noticed it and said anything. They aren't all that uncommon. If it bothers you, make an appointment with an urologist to find out how much it will cost to treat it. If it doesn't cause you any pain or discomfort then insurance will not pay for it because it will be considered cosmetic surgery. If it is painful he/she can write it up and submit it for pre-approval. Don't just have it done because you may get stuck with the bill. If you don't get approval you can find out how much it will cost to get rid of it. Do not have it done by your regular Dr. if you're concerned about the look of your penis you want a specialist doing the work.

Penile skin bridges are a complication of circumcision. You will need to see a urologist to have the damage from circumcision repaired.

I'd see a urologist soon. It's NOT an emergency. Skin bridges are sometimes seen on cut cock. They happen from poor care of the dick right after circ'ing, which usually by the mother. You need to see a urologist who will give you good advice after examining you. If your dad is in your life, talk to him. He knows you're a man and that you were cut as an infant.

We don't know. You do not say if you are circumcised and
where these skin bridges are. Nor if they hamper sex.
I suggest you wait until you are 22 and see if they resolve
before seeking surgical intervention.
