Would you know what to do if there was a propane emergency?

    Turn off the gas/propane and call the fire department.

    Always have a spare 20lb bottle at home. In typhoons they always have some propane come in in 2 weeks or less. Volcanoes. Gets hot enough to blow the bottles. House is in flames already.

    no propane in my area beyond a few small tanks at homes and businesses. and the thing to do is leave the area

    Not in Britain - we don't have propane in domestic settings.

      Of course there is LPG use in the UK in domestic settings. Never heard of Calor?

    Living in he country I have to be ready for anything . I keep a Kerosene Heater and 10 gallons of Kerosene for emergencies .

    What nature emergency? No propane available? I'm good. Propane improperly stored or otherwise dangerous? I'm gone.
