What makes you think your parents are racist? Take time to examine why you think that. Talk to them about why they feel the way they do about other races. This will help you understand the contributing factors.
Sometimes, you have a person who's been wronged by a person or people of a specific race. A girl I dated was raped by a black guy. She would be considered racist because she had an aversion to black men. But, if you look at it from her stand point, black men fit a pattern of the person who raped her. So, her aversion appeared as racism, but it was actually trauma.
In cases where there is no past trauma, you should look at the ideology. What ideas led a person to believe what they believe? In the UK, there are groups of people who are adverse to additional muslims moving in. This is because they believe Muslims will push for Sharia and other politics that will limit their freedom. Whether this is true or not, the person has a reason that is not irrational.
It is a very small portion of the population that simply looks at a person and says "because you're _____ I hate you". Those are the true racists. Everyone else is either misinformed or traumatized.
As for you, as long as you treat people with the respect their actions deserve, you shouldn't worry about it.
