    Technically, yes. But personally, I don't like it. But you might.

    You would call it poached and it should be done very delicately in a small amount of fluid.

    Cioppino is fish stew with lots of shellfish. Sort of an Italian/California bouillabaisse. Both are most excellent.

    1) Yes. Lots of Asian recipes for boiled fish

    2) I think you can technically boil anything.
