I personally don't think that's wrong at all! You do what you've got to do... I think atheists are just as loved as theists, and no one gets condemned. And if you're happy being an atheist..? Then good for you! I'm sure that's some people's ideal path in life. While for other people, like me..? It is something we're supposed to go through, and learn from, for a limited time. Before moving on to a path that's a better fit for who we are, and what we need, personally.
If atheism fulfils certain people more than theism..? I can honestly say, I'm happy for them! The only people I would wish could experience some kind of spiritual awakening..? Are the people who want it. The people who feel like they'd be happier that way. I don't want people to be stuck within a certain worldview, thinking there is nothing else, if they're NOT happy there! That's all. But that doesn't only go for atheism. That also goes for all other perspectives. Including every single religious or spiritual path. Just.. I want for people to find the path that gives them the most love, and the most healing! No matter WHAT that path is! Just as long as they don't hurt other people in the process. And if their needs change..? I think ideally, their worldview should change, too.
Speaking as a spiritual person, though..? I was an atheist for many years, and I could NEVER find spirituality through purely rational or intellectual means. So if you're someone who feels like you want it, or need it..? I would not recommend that route, as you're very likely to end up empty-handed. Instead..? I would recommend mysticism, direct spiritual experience, trying out different spiritual practices and different frameworks of reality to see what works for you, etc... And you may also have to shift the way you think, and your overall perception of reality. Which.. for me personally, entheogens/psychedelics were what REALLY freaking helped me with that! And I don't know if I'd ever been able to find what I've found, spiritually speaking, had it not been for those lovely substances, and the experiences that resulted from them, opening me up to those levels of reality. Which.. that's just me, though. But I know I'm not the only one.
