It can be reported to CPS. They will then do an investigation of alleged medical neglect. If the allegation is substantiated, then the parents may be required to have the kids tested and/or treated for celiac. You may not be privy to the results of the investigation, but that does not mean they did not do one or take any action based off your allegation.
