    F = k * C[1] * C[2] / r^2

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coulomb%27s_law

    k = 9 * 10^(9) N * m^2 / C^2

    C[1] = 1 * 10^(-3) C

    C[2] = 1 * 10^(-3) C

    10 = 9 * 10^(9) * 10^(-3) * 10^(-3) / r^2

    r^2 = 9 * 10^(9 - 6) / 10

    r^2 = 9 * 10^(3 - 1)

    r^2 = 9 * 10^(2)

    r = 3 * 10

    r = 30

    30 meters

    It hasn't been proven that there are charges, because there are no electrons.
