How would the axial tilts of the earth be like if there were no moon?

    They wouldn't be as stable as they are now. Earth's rotational axial tilt does vary but the cycles are slow and long term.

    It would be as if the Stabilisers are off and Earth could tip over

    The moon orbit around the earth and both of them orbit around the sun ,if there were no moon , the equilibrium system of the orbital path ,as said , would run out of its equilibrium to meet its dooms. So no point of talking about the axial tilt of the earth with out moon.

    The moon stabilizes the earth's axis. Without the moon, the tilt of the axis would wiggle around and change quickly, like a top spinning and wobbling on a table.
