3) Then there are people with gender dysphoria disorder. They feel uncomfortable with the sex they are born into. SO, they do some surgery and try to become the other sex. They are called transgenders.

There is one gender in English, apart from the pronouns where there are three genders.
There are two genders in French.
There are three genders in German
There are four genders in Gidginggarli
There are languages with five, six, seven, eight etc genders all the way up to Swahili which has eighteen genders.

Sociology borrowed "gender" from linguistics to discuss the attributes and characteristics of sex and sexuality. Some people use "gender" when they mean "sex" but the two words are not synonyms. Just as languages have more than one or two genders so do people.
