Depends on body and interior condition, including rust, dents, collision damage. Also the catalytic converter could be shot. You might need extensive suspension repair (joints and bushings, alignment). How about differential and wheel bearings? All tire treads okay including the spare tire? Radiator flush? All electrical working? Last tune up? All those items might be needed to be looked at by a professional mechanic. You might have to spend that price amount again to get it into top shape. It has been on the road for 13 or 14 years, possibly 12 or 13 winters with salty roads. Question your judgement since you are not a mechanic.
I have a 2005 Pathfinder that I got 5 years ago from neighbor--a 70K miles creampuff with all the options as well as tow package, and garaged, driven in only So Cal with no salt on roads in the few winter driving opportunities, practically new quality. I paid $10K on what Kelly Blue Book rated as "excellent" condition.
