Anyone else always have indentations from their socks on their ankles??

Every day this happens. AND NO I weight 125 pounds so they re not kankles and I do by my size?????

    Yes as the tops are supposed to grip. If they did not then they fall down

    If they are swollen not just indented you have a heart circulation issue. Age does not matter.

    If not swollen just indented it could be the type of sock. Try a different brand.

    If they are the short "footie" type socks, maybe they are just too tight in the ankle area? Buy new socks?

    Yes. This is NORMAL.. Good grief.. any time you wear something that has to stretch to fit and has elastic in it is going to leave a mark.

    yes, you need diabetic type socks, they put less pressure on ankles.....stay hydrated,

    learn how, and take a quality multivitamin daily or every other day, it's cheap insurance

    I had that and a nurse seemed worried, in conjunction with being always out of breath, he sent me to hospital. Turned out a blood clot had spread to my lung, the indentations were not mentioned again at hospital.

    Slight indentations. Its because they're elasticated and have to grip.
