Depends on what the clicking is.

A faulty valve is easily replaced. Water trapped can be drained.

That it is the normal expansion and contraction of metal pipes heating and cooling not much can be done,

Suggest you ask your building manager/ maintenance person to investigate the source of " clicking" sound.

DO NOT do your own repairs. Making a mistake could result in water or hot steam flooding your apartment and many more underneath you.

That's what radiators do. Wear earplugs or move.

a clicking sound in a rad is normally a rad either heating up or most likely cooling down ...however its not as easy as that ..water is a great element for transmitting sound most likely is from another radiator ..but the sound is travelling through water ..the clicking is actually more likely to be caused by the pipes ..expanding or contracting ..and a pipe clip is too tight ...often if the pipes have been painted .especially around the clips
