But this is a mature but sh*tty question. Men and Women cut for different reasons. Its not the end of the world, I cut. Though I am sophisticated, I will show you.
While there are 4 primary reasons we cut and 3 secondary ones. We need "the pain" for some reason (it genuinely helps) Or the cutting releases pressure (Its a real pressure, we could show you on something called an fMRI or EEG). There is actual pressure/energy and crap building up. IF you believe that or not does not matter.
Cutting is not the end of the world. Pain suffering are older than Jesus/Bible right? So is scarification/tattooing. Its not good for you though You are hurting no one else though. Rather than suicide or killing another you are fighting, coping and staying alive in a sh*t world. Fu*k you that is strong. Thats not some scared weak man or princess. You have to get that. For some reason cutting works and it helps.
To stop though, you said you want to you need to identify why: What does the pain cover, how does it punish, what does it hide or where does the pressure it releases come from. Truthfully, no more getting smashed. Get a good buzz and find your limit. CBD Oil, Sex helps (really), marijuana.... Even some pills from doc.
MOST MOST MOST IMPORTANT is this thing called Cognitive Behavior Therapy - you know it? Its learning to rething (reprocess) your world and thoughts. My ex-cut always. We used some of the above ideas and BDSM. I also pierced. When we combine 4 - 6 smaller things daily (CBD, BDSM, Tapping, L-theanine [herb]) it helped. This sounds dumb. She smoked cigarettes but we stopped that and she vaped. Nicotine calms more importantly the deep breathes are VERY therapeutic. Its visual and it is "mindfull ness".... ITS DEEP breathing. Sure its not 100% healthy. Sure there are risks. But we understood and she never went back to the hospital when we did that.

It really matters whats going on. That sh*ts personal, I sort of get it. But its immature not to be more honest. Try some of the vague ideas above KAVA KAVA, CBD OIL, L theanine, accupressure, emotional intensity, CBT, ACT who knows..... GL Its not the end of the world
