Your math question is unclear. First you said 90 calls and then you said 40 calls. If you meant 90 then I don't know what version of Bingo you're talking about, because the Bingo I know only has 75 numbers. If you meant 40 and standard US Bingo then I still don't know if you mean covering the entire card or just getting a 5-in-a-row.
If you meant covering the card in <40 calls of 75-Bingo, then with 120 cards your chance is
120 * C(39,24) / C(75,24) = 120 out of 1,025,371,424.
If you're competing against other players your chance is significantly worse.
