Why haven’t I lost weight yet and I’ve been dieting for the last three weeks?
I weighed 125.6 3 weeks ago... I’ve been cycling and eating right! I weighed myself today and I’m still 125.6. Wtf type **** is that? I’m living!

How many calories do you eat and whats your estimated maintenance calories, how big a deficit are you eating?

It depends on your diet. A diet doesn't necessarily mean a good thing. Mostly because a diet is just a change in the things that you are eating, you could switch to eating something unhealthy or you might just not be eating the right things and not exercising enough. Talk to a dietitian
