Do active warrants show up on an uber background check. Yes or no?

    check will flag any and all wants and warrants.

    If they run a criminal background check, even if the warrant isn't reported to Uber, the check WILL be reported to law enforcement along with the warrant. Law enforcement can then decide if you ar worth chasing.

      Are you familiar with Apriss? I guess it's a Mobil patrol system that monitors drivers in real time. I would think an active warrant would show up as they run searches at the local, county, state, federal, and global level. I just dont know for sure but was curious.

    When you become employed in the US, your social security number will be entered into a Social Security database that shows where you work. Law enforcement agencies can scan that database whenever they wish to locate fugitives.
