Why does president Trump want to take our guns? March 2017Omnibus bill included hundreds of millions for anti-gun (CDC) study. See details?

Update:

This is Trumps bill. And his funding he personally pushed into law. How much semen you have on your lips?

Update 2:

Not even Obama did this. Yet we talked about the potential of this happening every week for 8 yrs.

Update 3:

It is an ATF ban. It's Trump's bill, promoted by him, signed into law by him.

Update 4:

Yes CDC is responsible for anti-gun research in America.

He has not publicly stated this. The CDC has an executive order that went unfunded to research gun violence from Obama. You only claim trump finally funded it. When they decide to come for your guns, it will be incrementally so you feel no persecution, no threat.

First will be little regulation changes, then maybe certain groups of people not allowed to buy/possess. You will be pressed patriotically to support these things because your firearms are not yet threatened with seizure. THEN, well you know what happens.

That's an ok reply. Trump gave new authority to CDC in his 1.6T bill search "CDC" (its buried) https://www.congress.gov/resources/display/content/Appropriations+for+Fiscal+Year+2017 but its right there. Trump is my president now. Even if its Obama Trump matters not though :(

My local police (St. Louis, MS) started door to door today collecting all guns like assault style rifles.

The NRA has said Bump Stocks should be regulated by the BATFE and that additional regulation was needed. See the link.

That's exactly what is happening now.

As for your CDC claim, I could find no evidence of that. Please post a link.

UPDATE: Believe it or not, other branches of government can study gun violence. The Justice Department for one does do gun research in the USA.

Over 2 million people will have to destroy or surrender property. GOA, NRA and all relevant pro-Gun rights advocates are pointing out how this will be used to ban guns. All are aggressively conservative.

ATF ban on bump stocks. Sounds like you need to look into your claim a little deeper.

Oh, and CDC is the Center for Disease Control.

Correct signed into law by president trump. Mentioned by him during parkland. He runs the ATF, it is his appointee.
