Hi! So, I always sweat in my sleep, however, I wear spandex and a t-shirt, use one thin blanket, and no socks... what causes this?

    Night sweats can sometimes be a symptom of cancer. Like Leukemia or Lymphoma.

    Less serious issues are;

    Being too hot in bed,

    High anxiety,

    A possible infection,

    Thyroid problem,

    Hormone problems etc
