Capital One Credit Card Rewards No More?

Anybody else experience that Capital One Credit Cards are not earning anymore rewards? I spend thousands every month and pay it off every couple months and use the points to buy things. But the past 3 months I have earned 0 rewards. It all happened right when they changed their rewards website.
