    Whether or not you really understand the Second Amendment, I don't know. But what you said is hilarious.

    Anyways, all joking aside, the right to bear arms means that we have a right to own a gun legally, and it can be used for self-defence (for example, if you're a victim of a home invasion and you need to protect yourself and your family).
