When a US soldier gets killed fighting in a country that we're not suppose to be in, how is his death explained to the family and press?

    There were times I was places my Mom had no idea about.

    If we'd have been killed they would have told them it was a training accident. Officially we weren't there so they would have never gotten the real story. Happened a lot in the Cold War.

    They'll make up some BS about an accident on base. They're not about to announce secret ops.

    All the military does is carrying out the policies from our government regardless of how you feel about the war. They'll say that he/she served honorably without distinction in the name of our interests of the U.S.

    HiLiarY lied to them. Hopefully, we don't do that any longer. And, stonewalling is a time honored tradition
