I get that message, when my internet/wifi isn’t connected or signed in.
If you’re using wifi, turn off your wifi, then turn it back on. On your device settings, under wifi, make sure it is connecting to the correct wifi. Check if it connects & has a good signal. If it doesn’t, the wifi may be down or out of range.
If it doesn’t take you directly to a wifi login screen, go to your browser & open a new tab, or refresh an open tab.
If your using data, make sure your data is turned on & check the reception. You might be somewhere, out of range. Move around & see if you get more bars.
