Do IR players on Super Bowl winning teams get rings?

Specifically in Dez Bryant's situation. He literally wants to hop on a Super Bowl contending team over halfway through the season as a second string WR. He's a gold digging bastard and he deserved to be out for the season. I'm sure Wentz probably got a ring, but I can only imagine that's because he GOT his team there, not cuz he hopped on the Eagles train.

The team owner decides who gets rings. NFL gives the winner $250,000, maybe more by now, to do with it as the team wants. Doesn't have to be rings. Team can spend any amount it wants. Usually players, active, practice squad, injured, coaches, medical, locker room staff, etc. get rings worth between $5,000 to $10,000. Then every other employee with the organization, down to receptionists and mailroom staff, get similar but much less expensive rings worth about $250-$500.

lol he’s a gold digger because he took a cheap deal on a contending team as opposed to a more lucrative one on a bad team?

You know how much a super bowl ring is worth? The dude doesn't need money, he has plenty of it. The point is he skipped over half the season to find out who he wanted to join and took a deal for the ultimate prize, when everybody else worked their asses off to become contenders in the first place.

Dez Bryant will still get a Super Bowl ring if New Orleans makes it to the Super Bowl and come out the winner.
