How to get rid of the fat around muscles?

Ok so I have been working out for a month doing about 30 min of cardio and 10-20 min of strength every day. I eat a very healthy vegan and high protein diet. I can notice a big difference in my strength, my abs are firm and everything. However there is still some fat (not that much) covering my muscles up. I am no fitness expert so I am a bit confused tbh. What should I be doing differently to get rid of the fat?
