DoI possibly have ADHD?

I'm 17 year old female btw.

I have a really hard time concentrating at college and just with work in general. Whenever I'm in lessons if they aren't practical or if we aren't doing anything stimulating I get bored very quickly and will fidget such a small picking at my skin, tapping my feet biting my nails etc.

I also become very destructive, I'll rip up paper or pick apart my phone case just to try and entertain myself.

When it comes to home work I can't get anything done, I lack the drive to do it and I will keep putting off until the last minute. If I do work I find myself to be very easily distracted and lose concentration quickly.

Is this worth getting checked out with a doctor ?

It certainly wouldn’t hurt to talk with your doctor or a mental health professional.

You can, but sticking a label on your behaviour won't really help.
