I love salad too! What food you are eating is not as important as what nutrients you're getting into your body. A basic salad could have little nutritional value, but something loaded with a variety of things such as tomatoes, greens, olives, tuna, avocado etc. could be seen as a well balanced meal. Rather keep an eye on your nutrients and make sure you eat a variety of foods/nutrients. Surviving on basic salad only is not a good idea and you will do your body more harm than good. But, I think its important for all of us to eat a daily salad.
