Probably about $5 as an antique. Account books are just numbers, nothing very personal or interesting. A business journal (ledger) would be more interesting, as it would at least name the items transacted. There is no particular value to the provenance, unless it was George Washington Carver or something. The George Washington on the dollar bill had long passed away by that time, of course.
