There's no cases of the USA engaging in this type of behavior, at least not on any type of wide scale, or by higher orders from government officials or military leaders, although there have been suggestions that Andrew Jackson condoned this behavior during the Indian Removal Act, of Native American women, but I haven't heard anything about the USA engaging in this type of behavior other than that, which hasn't really been proven, only inferred by some term people claim he said, called booty and beauty. And then in world history, this was common.
Like it happened in Scotland by the British during the Middle Ages, and continued up to, and including as recent as during the Jacobite Rising in 1746, when King George III allowed organized mass rape of Scottish women by British soldiers who were found alone at home, partly as a deterrent to Scottish men from leaving home to fight in the rebellion, but also probably in furtherance of the reasons they did this in the Middle ages, which it was often used as a means of genocide by intentionally impregnating the women, for ethnic cleansing of the Scottish.
The British also used rape as a weapon of terror to Americans in the Revolutionary War, as George Washington had brought up that he had received many reports of women being raped, in a claim of Britain violating jus in bello (laws of war, aka, committing war crimes). And there was a specific case that history has taken notice of, that was mentioned in an Affidavit submitted to George Washington and Congress in 1777, by an Elisabeth Cain, aged 15, who was raped. Her account said that she and her older sister Sarah were staying at the Palmer residence near Pennington New Jersey, when British soldiers came to the home, and took over the residence as their quarters, and multiple soldiers raped Elisabeth and Sarah, and then also the 13 year old grand daughter of the elderly home owner Edmund Palmer, named Abigail Palmer. They also raped 3 other women who were at the house, an aunt, and some other ladies there. Evidently the rapes then continued for a few nights, and then the soldiers kidnapped Elisabeth and Abigail, who were the two youngest females, taking them back to their camp, and more British soldiers raped them while kidnapped there for 2 weeks, until an officer rescued them and returned them to their family. It seems like when I first came across this story, I thought I read that poor little 13 year old Abigail wound up pregnant from this. Either way, it was horrific, especially considering her age.
And then recently, in the 1990's Bosnian War, many Muslim Bosnian girls (aka, Bosniaks) were systematically raped by Bosnian Serb soldiers, and intentionally impregnated as a means of genocidal rape as part of their program of ethnic cleansing of Muslims. Many of women who were the mothers of these offspring were forced to go through with the pregnancies by being kept imprisoned until they gave birth. Many of the offspring were later put up for adoption.
And I am sure this has happened millions of times in the past. In fact, the Koran said this was an acceptable way to treat infidel women of places they conquered if the women would not voluntarily convert to Islam.
