Your first three answers didn't understand your question. Or they're just plain wrong, take your pick. I know about this stuff, so keep reading.
You're a little confused about 'clear' title and title branding. Clear means there are no issues with transferring the ownership, which means a) the seller is also the legal owner on the title document and b) there are no liens or encumbrances registered against that vehicle. You can buy or sell a salvaged vehicle with a clear title, because clear title only means that one thing.
As for the branding (salvage, rebuilt, etc.), you just might have to get the vehicle inspected when you register it in another state. Each jurisdiction has their own laws and regulations about that stuff. Some states accept the rebuilt branding from other states, some states only accept it from certain other states, and some states want the vehicle re-inspected before they'll register it.
I didn't feel like looking up the agreement between Arkansas and Texas, but you might want to. There are no standard international or federal rules governing that stuff.
