do you think the traditional east asian diet is superior to the western diet in terms of health benefits?

    They don't eat fatty meats, dairy or bread.

    They eat lots of seafood and vegetables are the main dish. Meats are considered a side dish.

    They eat a lot of healthy soups, which help control weight.

    Lots of steamed dishes and raw foods. Less fried foods and less creamy sauces.

    In some aspects it is but the overuse of soy has made them small and the men more feminine.
