Dogs come from wolves. In your illustration, you show a fox among the dogs. A fox is a member of the Canidae family. It is not a wolf or dog. The wolf is here because of evolution. If you deliberately cross two smaller wolves, the chances are you will now have a smaller wolf. If you now cross two wolves with deformities, you have a good chance of having a deformed wolf. (a dog) You are to blame, not evolution, as evolution wouldn't allow the smallest or deformed wolf to breed. If the baker makes you an apple pie and you put salt on it, don't blame the baker.
