Not at all. Jesus says, in John 5:22, "the Father judges no one". So we don't every have to worry about or fear "Divine Retribution". We only have to be mindful of the Laws of "Attraction" and "Equivalent Exchange" ("an eye for and eye", and "you reap what you sow:). The Bible and Christianity does not have a specific word for it, but teaches the lesson of "karma" (or "Cosmic Cause and Effect"), in it's passages. Matthew chapter 7 begins with Christ saying, "1 Judge not lest ye be judged. 2 By the judgement you pass shall be used to judge you, and by the measure you exact shall be used to measure you."
Even The Buddha said, "we are not punished 'for' our sins, we are punished 'by' them". It just makes the ego briefly feel better to blame God, or someone else, for the responsibility we're supposed to take, which only brings us suffering. "Past, present and future" do not exist to God, and He is without ego to judge anyone.
