What happened here is something that many, many girls should consider when choosing clothes on the basis that their friend looks great in something. It's not necessarily going to work if you are fatter, thinner, bustier, or whatever it is. What can look demure and charming on one girl can look like two ferrets trying to escape from a sack, on another. Really look and learn about the shape of clothes that flatter your figure and don't cast you in the role of a tramp.

You have different bodies, so the garments you wear look different.
If you were not allowed to show that much cleavage, then you should have found a dress that covered you.

If they were to choose you as the winner it could promote other young women dressing “vulgar”. Having big breasts and revealing your big breasts are two different things. The same dress that fits her nicely, may be too low cut on you, for that reason you probably shouldn’t choose a dress that is so low cut especially for a school competition. If it were a Victoria’s Secret try out, that’d be different. Also, would you like it if she got on yahoo answers to plead her case & said “she be looking like a tramp” about you? Insulting & bullying gets nowhere, there’s no reason you couldn’t of simply said “she does not have large breasts or butt” instead of “she be looking like a cereal box”. Just saying. :-)

Yes, they can because you knowingly have bigger boobs and that outfit was not appropriate for your figure. I can't wear certain things because I have bigger boobs. My friend can get away with no bra, button ups, tight tanks because she's an A cup. Life ain't fair. You have to dress for your figure when you're in school, that's how it goes.
