    Too much bs in your question.

    If you can see a deer 50 meters away you usually have time to brake and swerve away from it (IF you are watching the road). But this is not a typical situation....usually the deer charges out of the woods 2 or so meters in front of your auto. You then hit it before you can brake.

    There should be PLENTY of data available on this as there are over 1,000,000 deer auto crashes yearly in the USA. Just check with your auto insurance rep.

      I was in front of a car that rolled. They couldn’t stop rolling, so they hit me. It’s all the distracted drivers fault that didn’t see everybody stop. If you are distracted, you will hit the deer.
