Just use a very gentle cleanser -- Cetaphil or Cerave's cleanser with hyaluronic acid. Then, use a simple, gentle moisturizer. One with a sunscreen is best, though sunscreens can cause problems with sensitive skin. Try something by Neutrogena.
Remove your make-up with micellar water and soft cotton. You can wash after that, though you don't have to. Again, apply a gentle moisturizer. Don't use toners. They aren't necessary, and they can be irritating.
And that's it. Gentleness and simplicity are best for sensitive skin. You don't need to do anything at all complicated and shouldn't. Less is more.
Don't use exfoliators or scrubs. Ever.
