When it comes to being pro-Israel, the most obvious answer is the United States. My nation is willing to stick out its neck to support its ally, even when it's unpopular to do so. However, there are other nations out there that have close friendships with Israel. Notably India, whose government has become much friendlier towards Israel and the two nations cooperate on many projects all the time. And, when it comes to UN voting, it's not unusual to see a lot of the smaller Pacific Island nations vote very pro-Israel as well, perhaps because they're isolated from a lot of the anti-Israel pressures placed on various other nations.

A lot of other nations are rather pro-Israel too, though it doesn't always show itself or is dependent on the government at that time. Some of this can be seen with some of the embassy moves, or at least interest in doing so, on some Latin American nations' part. I know Harper's Canada was rather pro-Israel but Trudeau's has moved away from such positions. There is a long history of the Czechs also being supportive of Israel, and the French were much more pro-Israel back in the day. On the East Asian front, you can find a lot of support from South Korea and the Philippines, though they don't back Israel as strongly as some others.

There are unfortunately a lot of anti-Israel nations, because many of them just default on a unified Islamic front that unquestionably backs the Palestinians. That means most Muslim majority nations are very anti-Israel, and those who have ties with Israel tend to not be that excited to have them. Of the top of my head, the only Muslim nations that do not spark controversy internally with their Israeli ties are Azerbaijan and Albania, and perhaps some of the -stan nations formerly of the USSR as well (since they have Israeli ties). While Egypt, Jordan, and Turkey have ties with Israel, their governments are still rather anti-Israel. The relationship between Turkey and Israel should display just how complicated things are. Among all anti-Israel nations, though, few stand above Lebanon, Syria, and Iran in terms of hatred.

On the non-Muslim, anti-Israel front, there are a few nations that are rather anti-Israel and I think it has to do with a noticeable relationship with a lot of these extremely anti-Israel Muslim majority nations. North Korea's strongest allies outside of China tend to be such nations, and I know that there are concerns that Cuba and Venezuela's hostilities to Israel have something to do with this as well. The fact that they're rather dictatorial at best shouldn't be ignored, either. On the European end, Sweden is very hostile towards Israel but I think this has less to do with pandering to Muslim leaders and more so to do with pandering to Muslim immigrants.

However, most nations are rather neutral overall towards Israel. Even within most nations, there is a rather neutral response towards Israel and the entire conflict. For a lot of people, Israel is just another nation that they don't particularly have strong feelings towards.

Democracies are generally known for being pro Israel.

Even those that criticize Israel (unfairly) still maintain normal relations with Israel.

Countries that are anti Israel are the usual suspects.
