Most gifted Quarterback in NFL history?

Aaron Rodgers is the greatest individual package to play qb as well as the greatest thrower of the Football. Throws accurately from any platform, greatest passer of the Football in or out the pocket, arguably the greatest downfield threader of the needle (fitting it into tight windows), unbelievably Football savvy, unmatched throwing with both power and touch, greatest at back shoulder throws .

Michael Vick belongs in the conversation, as does Jeff George.

Michael Vick had an absolute cannon for an arm, greatest qb at utilizing his mobility whether throwing on the run or rushing with the ball, threw tightest spiral-bullet, criminally underrated in how great he was at completing passes in tight windows.

Jeff George had the most natural cannon of any right arm in pro Football history. Large hands with his index on the nose of the Football, no one not even Elway or Favre could throw a dime with the rapid fire release & delivery anywhere down field as effortlessly as Jeff George, many times off his back foot, off balance at that. He could thread the needle as good as any qb, in retrospect his talent for throwing on the run has become a forgotten part of his play.

Dan Marino & Sonny Jurgensen are two of the greatest pure drop back passing qbs, although I can think of qbs with more arm strength, physical tools for this particular question.
