Canadians can have a variety of skin tones. While anyone not "white" tend to have darker skin tones, calling them "black" is wrong. Canada has a lot of Asians and they aren't black, nor are the people of the Native tribes. Canada still has tons of white people, too. At the very least, the older generation is still part of Canada and they do bleach the average skin tone of a Canadian.
No, it's more accurate to say that Canadians are basically Americans but with slightly different accents. And likable, though significantly easier to push over.
Edit: While I think Trudeau would get a ***** with the idea of making white people a minority in his nation, I wouldn't call it his master plan. Canada was diversifying it's population before he came into office, and besides that implies competence on his part which I think we all know he lacks.
