Does workout out arms and leg muscles turn body fat into muscle?

    Nope. Fat is fat. Muscle is muscle. When you workout, you get little tears in your muscle fibers that are then filled in by new muscle growth. That is how muscles get bigger. Fat either sits there or is burned for fuel by your body. Working out does burn more calories than playing video games, but it isn't enough to make a person lose a lot of extra fat.

    Fat doesn't turn into anything. Working out increases your muscles size and burns fat.

    No , fat is converted to energy to fuel the body when you don't eat enough calories to maintain your weight.Fat can never be turned in to muscle. Muscles are the only things that grow from exercise.

    no u need proteins to make muscle not fats dring fresh eggs lol some people wake up every 30 min during the night to drink an egg
