Ok. So God kills bad people. So by condemning the bad and allowing the good now makes him somehow bad? That makes no sense at all. So you think God should not have the right to punish bad people. And if you follow the story carefully you'd see that in any and every situation God followed his rule on "eye for eye, tooth for tooth and soul for soul." Seems like he did just fine at being good person to me. Yet the Devil attacks people for no reason at all. Look at Job. Job wasn't a murdering thief and rapist. You say it's ok for the Devil to torture innocent people. Yet if God sentences a pedophile to death now God's suddenly a bad guy.
And Bastille. Thanks for telling me there is a lot of pedophilia in Bible. Could you enlighten me as to where in the Bible you are talking about? Is it somewhere between the Toyota comercials and chocolate cake recipes in the Bible? Do you really think that you can just make up things about the Bible and expect other people to take you seriously?
Thanks again Bastille for pointing out how dirty and deplorable your thinking is. To you slavery is automatically synonymous of rape. How do you figure? Biblical slavery was much different than pre-Lincoln slavery. By law, slaves had rights and even made profit from their work and worked until end of contract, much like modern day labor. There are also explicit laws about rape and incest that applied to everyone, even slave owners, which helped protect everyone, even slaves
And you have no clue about how old Cain or Able were when anything they did happened. In reality, the Bible doesn't even mention whom Cain or Seth got married to or when they did so, Wait a minute, most people didn't have kids until they were over 100 years old. By Jesus day the custom of reaching the marrying age had been reduced down to a mere 30 years old.
Again, you're the one making up that they had sex with their mother. You're the one making up that Israelites had the right to rape little girls. Show me where it says that and I'll believe you. Sure, Cain and Seth probably married one of their sisters. Abraham did that too. Back then that was acceptable and it was later outlawed in the law given to Moses. You have a problem with that?
Underaged incest? Sorry dude. You couldn't be more prejudice and dogmatic than you already are.
