Find things that keep your mind occupied, stay single for a long time so you can learn about yourself and heal. Friends help a lot, they are laughing therapy. I'm an overthinker so I always had to keep my mind occupied, I took on two jobs and worked 7 days a week for 6 months until I felt burned out. I then discovered weekends and friends that had weekends off. The time I couldn't use up with friends, I cleaned, that's pretty therapeutic, I learned how to fix things on my car, house, appliances, all in all I just learned myself, my likes and dislikes and that's what its all about. Be you, be selfish, do what makes YOU happy. That how you get over it, how you find yourself again. Good Luck!
